Amber Busuttil Mullen is an attorney specializing in executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Prior to forming an independent practice, Amber practiced with blue chip international firms in New York and Los Angeles, handling the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, and equity and debt offerings, including IPOs. Amber also advises on stock and partnership compensation, and executive-level employment and severance agreements. She holds JD and MBA degrees from Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School, and a B.A. from Stanford University.
In addition to serving on the Board of the KIC, Amber remains active in her native Los Angeles community where she has served on Boards and committees for the Hammer Museum, LA><ART, LACMA’s Modern and Contemporary Arts Council and the Venice Family Clinic. Amber loves spending time outdoors with her two boys, as well as trail running, skiing, and her book club.
